The Drone Dalek was a red Dalek, created by the Progenitor. It escaped through a time corridor to start a new Dalek Empire. Through the name, it can be assumed that the Drone Daleks will just be a soldier. (DW: Victory of the Daleks) This is very likely because several red daleks were seen attacking 1963 london in the adventure games trailer.
