Cicero was a Roman man from the 1st century BC who was the brother of Roman politician Marcus Tullius Cicero. When the Fifth Doctor attended a party at his Marcus Tullius Cicero's estates in Cumae, he was awe-struck at meeting "the actual Cicero." Not understanding the Doctor's reaction to him, he responded that he was one Cicero, but the other, his brother, was not able to attend the party that evening. (AUDIO: Tartarus)
