The Refugee Crisis Centre was a building in Cardiff, located near the station amongst a number of listed buildings. 3Sol bombed the centre after Vorsun lured Tyler Steele inside, planning on clearing the area for luxury flats for the Sorvix.
A candlelight vigil was held at the ruins of the centre for the thirteen people who died, numbered at more than thirteen, the following evening. It was attended by the Mayor and with security provided by 3Sol. The vigil was bombed, swiftly turning public opinion against the refugees whom they blamed for it. (AUDIO: Changes Everything)
