Dalek was the fourth story in the anthology Now We Are Six Hundred.

You may be looking for the creation of Davros or the television story.

Summary

If the Doctor were a Dalek, he would happily kill. If he were a Dalek, and a big Dalek too, he wouldn't much care what happened to you.
