Liberty (The Kamelion Empire)

Liberty was one of the four sides of the Kamelion. Kamelion showed the Fifth Doctor them. They were given a likeness of Vislor Turlough when Kamelion controlled them. They told the Doctor that they would often commit genocide to races which they couldn't subdue by peaceful means. They were an agglomeration of all of the Kamille who wanted a libitarian regime.
