Solpado was a Time Lord agent who worked for the Division.
Biography
Solpado met with the Second Tecteun and the Seventh Timeless Child and explained to them that the Division was a top secret organisation and did not have any official operatives. This meeting was preserved inside the Matrix and observed by the Thirteenth Doctor and the Spy Master. However, much of it was redacted and replaced by a visual filter, with the Timeless Child represented as the immortal garda Brendan. In this version, Solpado became the sergeant who recruited Brendan; this sergeant was also present the day Tecteun's counterpart Patrick found the infant Brendan, and he and Patrick reappeared after the elderly Brendan's retirement party to forcibly erase his memories. By the time the Thirteenth Doctor got round to investigating her past in the Division, Solpado was either dead or impossible to locate. (TV: The Halloween Apocalypse) This was possibly due to the Division having escaped into Universe Two. (TV: Survivors of the Flux)
