Raquel Cassidy

Raquel Cassidy (born 22 January 1968) is an actor who appeared on Doctor Who, as well as giving her voice to multiple characters for Big Finish Productions. She is mainly known for her role as Miranda Cleaves in The Rebel Flesh/The Almost People.
