Professor Charles Lewis was a professor at Sedgwick College when the First Doctor visited in 1937. He thought the Doctor knew far more than he should. He ran for the position of Provost. The Doctor learnt that he was an alien scientist monitoring the developments of humans and told him about the real reason Isaiah Hardy was missing. (AUDIO: Entanglement)
