Speedy rename[[edit source]]

Unless it's a formal title, articles have to always be singular, right? -- Tybort (talk page) 13:51, May 17, 2013 (UTC)

these are individuals, no? doesn't it become something like "Art lover 1" and "Art lover 2"? Probably with (City of Death) in parens I'd think. This is a weird case though. It's structured as an article about an individual but it's referring to two individuals collectively... Anoted 13:54, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
I made the same point at Talk:Male art lover (City of Death). Go there for Shambala's response — her argument is that, like [[John and Gillian]], they are only ever seen together, and thus only deserve one page. What could we really write different on the two people's pages; they are after all only seen for a few seconds.
Despite this, I personally still think that they should be split into two pages; Art lover 1 and Art lover 2 sounds fine to me.

I've added merge tags to Female art lover (City of Death) and Male art lover (City of Death) because in part of this delete tag makes revisiting this subject worth while. They're credited together, seen together and there's very little to diffeniate them. Having all the information under one article serves the information and subject better than duplicating it. --Tangerineduel / talk 09:02, September 28, 2018 (UTC)
Just to point out, User:SOTO states an argument I supposedly made re [[John and Gillian]]; that is incorrect. I have always thought it strange that those two characters are combined. I was merely citing the forum posts about John and Gillian in saying that if these two, who are multi-story companions of the Doctor, have to share a page, then why should these one-off art lovers get not only a split page but an individual page each?
