We should not ever use PROSE for such stories, as prose is defined as writing that isn't in metrical format. Essentially, poetry and prose are different things, and to use PROSE to refer to poems ignores what "prose" means. There aren't that many instances of pure poetry in the DWU, so it wouldn't be a difficult change.
