General Krebs was a high-ranking Wehrmacht general during the Second World War. He died in 1945 during the Red Army's attack on Berlin. On 3 June 1945, the bodies of Adolf Hitler, Eva Braun, General Krebs, Joseph and Magda Goebbels, and the Goebbels' children, were dug up in Buch and reburied thirty miles away at Finow.
