The Silent City was the fourth and final story in the audio anthology Broken Memories, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by David K Barnes and featured Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor.

The Doctor speculates there are other Silent renegade factions in existence, including on Earth.
