Similar to {{mop}}, {{search image}} is a template which, as the name implies, sets an image for an article which will only be read by Citizen search results (and third party page previews).
At the moment, its only use case is on gallery subpages, which — pretty ironically — currently lack an image in Citizen search.
It does not add the image to the article. Please use conventional methods, like {{first pic}}, instead.
