I haven't listened to this audio yet but purely based off the timeline placement for the 12th Doctor, it would make sense for it to be placed between A Confusion of Angels and The Eaters of Light, simply because that's the rough placement for the 12th Doctor and at this time their timelines are in sync due to Missy being in the Vault shortly before this.
