An ambulance driver living in 1999 San Francisco. He unknowingly took the Master (in Morphant form) home with him. The Master possessed his body, killing it and taking it over. The Master also acquired Bruce's American accent.

Played by Eric Roberts in ''Doctor Who'': the TV Movie.
