Matthew Moore (died 13 November 2021[1]), alternatively referred to as Matty Moore[1], was a Doctor Who fan who ran the Edge Hill University Society for the show.[1]

Moore was featured in the Gallifrey Guardian section of Doctor Who Magazine issue 541 [2] in cosplay as the Fourth Doctor[3], via a photograph taken by their friend Harry Draper.[4]

And the coffee [Moore] never got to make [Cowan]", dubbing Moore "forever the ‘Flowerchild’ of the DWU".
