Fenn

Section Leader Fenn was a member of the Kaled Military Youth and assistant to Lady Calcula. He lived on Skaro towards the end of the Thousand Year War between the Kaleds and the Thals. Under orders from the Supremo, Fenn manipulated Calcula into granting him access to Davros's lab, then began to destroy the equipment there. When he revealed to Calcula what his orders were, Calcula turned on Davros's latest invention and exposed them both to dangerous levels of radiation. Both began to mutate. Fenn died before Calcula.
