Doom of the Daleks is described as a series of adventures, rather than a single one, and therefore this character list should be split between each of the stories.
These problems might be so great that the article's factual accuracy has been compromised. Talk about it here or check the revision history or Manual of Style for more information.
Doom of the Daleks was a campaign written for Adventures in Time and Space: The Roleplaying Game, composed of twelve adventures.
Uniquely, these were the only original Adventures included in the 50th Anniversary sourcebooks - as the Sourcebook for the Eighth Doctor only covered two televised stories featuring that incarnation, a whole new campaign was written set during the Time War.
The first eleven adventures could be played in any order, with the final one acting as a finale for the experience.
The campaign saw the Player Characters recruited to save the Doctor, though one of the players could still play as the Doctor if they wished.
Synopsis
At some point in his past, the Daleks hit the Doctor with a weapon called the Temporal Exterminator, which erodes the target's timeline "forward and backwards." The Player Characters are recruited to gather "temporal traces" through the Doctor's timeline to pinpoint the exact moment he was hit with the weapon and prevent his death.
