The Sidewinder Syndicate is an organised gang of reptile gangsters encountered by both the Tenth Doctor and the Eleventh Doctor, who's members included Snake - Eyes.
History
When the Tenth Doctor met the Sidewinder Syndicate it was with his companions Heather and Wolfie. During a visit to a bar in America the Syndicate attacked it, then left. The Doctor, Heather and Wolfie tracked them down to a shop in the city were they were met by Snake - Eyes. The Doctor sent them home in their ship by scaring them with an animal picture book which included sharks and lions.
When the Eleventh Doctor met them it was in a alien bank ran by Ratlings. The Sidewinder Syndicate wanted their money from the bank, so they stormed it demmanding their money. They were given the money but realised it was fake. Amy then discoered that the Ratlings had tried to hide the money from them and decieve them, Amy showed them the real money in the vault, The Doctor and Amy left allowing The Sywinder Syndicate to deal with the Ratlings; it is odd that the doctor would do something like that for one of his old enemies.
