Colonel Mandrake was a member of the Victorian Values Preservation Society.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Mandrake was the son of the Governor of India, being raised on stories of the greatness of Britain, and at some point fell under the influence of a statue. After India gained it's independence from the British Empire, Mandrake came to live in Britain, and found that it had changed. He didn't like the way the public were acting and wanted to bring its manners back to the Victorian manners. He defended his regressive beliefs by citing the social issues of the 1960s, believing that the Vietnam War wouldn't end well. (AUDIO: The Age of Revolution)
