Exterminate! Exterminate! Exterminate! was the second story in the 1976 Terry Nation's Dalek Annual. It showed the Daleks' first attempt to take revenge against the Anti-Dalek Force for their then-recent attack on Skaro.

Summary[[edit] | [edit source]]

The planet Omegon. A place far removed from the front lines of the Dalek wars. A human colony whose reserves of the precious mineral Zaphgren nevertheless fail to make it strategically important.

Why, then, have the Daleks just attacked it? The ADF team of Joel Shaw, Mark Seven and Reb Shavron are dispatched to assess the situation, and it quickly becomes evident that the reason is revenge. The Daleks destroyed the planet's lone town solely because they wanted to draw the ADF, recently responsible for a vicious attack upon Skaro, out into the open.

The Daleks chase the ADF trio around the planet for a while, before trapping them with a ticking time bomb made of the Universe's hardest material, Crantinium. The bomb offers none of its secrets to the ADF team. They can't get into it, so defusing it is out of the question. At the last moment, Mark Seven remembers that Crantinium is also magnetic. In a great flurry of activity, he sends the bomb hurtling towards the Dalek Deep Space Battle Cruiser in orbit of the planet. It clicks to the side of the Dalek craft just in time for the device to explode.

The Dalek threat, at least in this part of the Universe, has been neutralised.
