Caroline Lake was the wife of Jackson Lake. When she, her husband and their son came to London, they were aprehended by the Cybermen because they were in posession of a large amount of Infostamps. She was killed in the struggle and the grief drove Jackson so mad he entered a different personality. (DW: The Next Doctor)
