- The Doctor has built a new console room for the TARDIS, first seen in TV: Doctor Who.
- The Doctor previously visited Artaris 1,300 years earlier during his fifth incarnation and 300 years earlier during his sixth incarnation, as seen in AUDIO: Excelis Dawns and AUDIO: Excelis Rising respectively.
- The Doctor would later use the name "Vaughan Sutton" as a pseudonym during AUDIO: Master, as his go to alias of John Smith is already taken.
