Tad Lincoln

Tad Lincoln was the son of President of the United States Abraham Lincoln.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Tad joined his father on a visit to Richmond after the Union capture of the city in April 1865. He remarked that the house of Jefferson Davis was not nearly as nice as the their house in Washington.

Upon seeing the Fifth Doctor, Tad noted that he had not seen anything like his white boots before.

Lincoln hoped that his son, "God willing", would grow and ask "if this nation was ever really at war with itself", reflecting on the task of rebuilding the country after the American Civil War. (PROSE: Blood and Hope [+]Loading...["Blood and Hope (novel)"])
