Julian Bleach (born 1962) played the Ghostmaker in the Torchwood From out of the Rain, Davros in The Stolen Earth, Journey's End and Doctor Who at the Proms and the Nightmare Man in the The Sarah Jane Adventures episode The Nightmare Man. He is one of the few actors who appeared in all three series'.
