There were several skidoos somewhere inside the Doctor's TARDIS. The Eighth Doctor was fairly certain he had a Martian skidoo somewhere in the TARDIS. He offered to bring one out after landing in cold October 1975 Iceland.
However, he and his companions ran into some trouble with a farmer somewhere inside the TARDIS, who needed "a few decades to calm down" before they could return for the skidoos, according to the Doctor. (AUDIO: Women's Day Off [+]Loading...["Women's Day Off (audio story)"])

The altercation with the farmer in the TARDIS is not depicted within the 2024 audio story. It is only referenced by the Doctor when Audacity asks him if they should go back for the skidoos.
Strictly speaking, though the Doctor goes looking for a Martian skidoo, it isn't clarified in this later scene if the skidoos they've found are of that variety.
