Minnie Hooper (referred to herself as Minnie the Menace) was an outgoing old woman and friend of Wilfred Mott.
After tracking down the Doctor, she wanted to be in a photo with a "handsome man", as she described the Doctor. She became The Master along with the rest of the Human Race. She later attend Donna and Shaun's wedding.in spring 2010. (DW: The End of Time)
