Don't make stuff up!
Give me one line of dialogue from The Big Bang that says the events of this or any episode did not happen. You won't find one. Until and unless a future episode of Doctor Who includes a character stating "oh, yeah, everything changed and has been reset" then to say anything of this sort is speculation and fanon of the worst kind. I deleted this nonsense, but kept the comment regarding Brooke because that is a viable example of on-screen evidence that actually supports the theory. One more comment: The Doctor states in The Big Bang that the univese has been "rebooted". In any definition of the term, reboot does NOT mean start from scratch, otherwise the "reboot" of Torchwood in 2011 would not be part of continuity, and everytime we "reboot" our computers, we'd lose all our data.
