The Pharmasist's were New Humans/Humans who lived in the Slums of New New York. They used to have good business Before The Motorway opened Now they are lucky if they get a customer every day. They sell an Ilegal Mood Drug that controls people's memery's. For example a woman bought some forget because her parents Ma and Pa were killed by the Macra on the Motarway.At the Begining of the Gridlock they tried to sell the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones this mood drug. But the Doctor told them to close down. At the end of the episode they closed down.
