Vinny was an employee of Shangri-La under Burton. He did morning broadcasts on the camp tannoy. Despite his reservations Vinny was evacuated along with the rest of the employees when the Doctor warned them of the arrival of Gavrok and the Bannermen. (DW: Delta and the Bannermen)
