Mrs Wibbsey was the Doctor's housekeeper at Nest Cottag.
Biography
Meeting The Doctor
Mrs Wibbsey first met the Doctor whilst visiting the English seaside town of Cromer in the summer of 1932, Mrs Wibbsey's hometown. There she ran the Cromer Palace of Curios as the curator. He disscovered tjhat she was being controlled by the alein Hornet's he was on the trail of. After freeing Wibbsey from the Hornet's control he took her from her own time in 1932 to 2009 to keep her completely safe from the Hornet's control. She worked at the Doctor's English countyside side cottage, Nest Cottage. Where she worked as his housekeeper.
