If you delete this article, it will make it tons easier to do a disambig article. Then, you could just search for "Donna", and every page that has "Donna" on it will be flagged. Sure, you'll have to sift through references to Donna Noble, but you'll also get all Donnas, be they red- blue- or un-linked. Having this here is worse than not having it at all.
