Associate producer

The title of Associate Producer was used for only two people: Mervyn Pinfield from "An Unearthly Child" to "The Romans" (and again for "The Daleks' Master Plan"), and Peter Bryant for "The Faceless Ones" and "The Evil of the Daleks".
