Jim the Fish

Jim the Fish was a friend of the Eleventh Doctor and River Song. When they met him, he was building a dam, and was still doing so sometime later. Though whether he was humanoid animal building an organic dam or a humanoid building a concrete dam is unknown.(DW: The Impossible Astronaut)
