The Kandalath are peaceful red-skinned humanoids who live a symbiotic relationship with the Halohawks. In exchange for transport around the planet the Kandalath provide security and food for the Halohawks young from egg stage.
On occasions the eggs have been threatened by poachers to the planet for commercial gain. The poachers have been known to use a sort of perception filter to conceal their activities. (DWAM: Danger Flight)
