Jack Hobson

Jack Hobson was the British commander of the Moonbase. He helped the Second Doctor save the base when it was attacked by Cybermen.

In the novelisation, he's said to be a 45 year old Yorkshireman (though he lacks a Yorkshire accent in the episodes).
