The Rep was a businessman from an unnamed corporation to the Ood Sphere in 4126. He and other corporation reps from all over the human Empire were gathered in a suite with a contigent of Ood when the Red-Eye virus took over the Ood. PR Director Solana Mercurio tried to evacuate them from the room but the Rep refused. The Ood killed him with their translation spheres. (DW: Planet of the Ood)
