The Flesh Unbound is the second comic adventure of The Cybermen series featuring the Cybermen on Mondas and the Silurians that are native to the planet. It does not feature the Doctor.

R'lyeh- creation of the Mondiasian Silurians, accidentally released by the cybermen
The Cybermen make use of the Silurian's dinosaurs to do their lifting while building a huge city.
Control- large severed Cyberman head that acts as the leader of the Cybermen, similar to that of the Cyber-Planner.
