Leader of the Sisters of Plentitude, she controlled the experiments on the humans in the secret Intensive Care Unit beneath the Hospital on New Earth. Fleeing from the infectious patients, Casp fell to her death from a lift shaft when a patient grabbed her ankle, spreading its numerous viruses to her immunity-free body. Matron Casp was the head nurse at New New York Hospital. She was growing Humans to test for cures to diseases. When the "flesh" were released, Casp was killed whilst climbing up an elevator shaft when the New Humans infected her and she fell to her death.
