Leave Them Wanting More
I have just tried to clean up this article after someone put in the tag that it was too long and about the Doctor, not Alfie. Quite right. I've tried to change the focus and restore the humor it had when it was originally done a couple of days after show first aired. I know that almost everyone here is trying to help -- there are a couple of trolls each week -- but you could put an infinite amount of detail into every article and, even if it was grammmatical, you couldn't find anything worthwhile. Alfie is an infant. He prefers to be called "Stormageddon, Dark Lord of All". Talking about what the Doctor did while Alfie wasn't around, which is totally irrelevant to Alfie and and reader of the article. After he saved the world from the Cyberman by crying, he decided he preferred "Alfie". Everything else is blather.
That version was charming, funny, accurate, short and gave the reader an idea of the egotism of infants. Long details involving why Craig left the doctor i charge of Alfie have nothing to do with Stormageddon. Have some compassion for the poor reader. If he wants all the gory details, he can go through the agonizing effort of clicking on the hyperlink and reading the article on Closing Time which, by now is probably verging on the length of War and Peace.
