Dr. Who is a version of the doctor that exists in the land of fiction. He lives in a more simlistic life then the real doctor with less serious problems. In Rememberance of the Daleks as Ace leaves the room a televsion shows Doctor Who this could have been this Dr. Who as they are both ficticous.
