Doctor Sheperd was a Medical officer in the United States Air Force.

Biography

Shepherd was called by Ishem to investigate the Silence in a Dwarf star alloy cell. He was fascinated by it but turned away, forgot what he had seen, and then asked Ishem why he had been called there. (DW: Day of the Moon)
