The Abzorbalovian Rebels were a family from Clom with both "Abzorbalovian" and Raxacoricofallapatorian ancestry, one of the descendants of the Huspick Degenerate. In 2007 one Abzorbalovian Rebel came to Earth intending to find the Tenth Doctor, absorb him to gain all his knowledge and experience and take his TARDIS. He found LINDA, went to their meeting and took over the group, directing their attempts to find the Doctor. Meanwhile, he absorbed most of them, claiming they just left. However Ursula Blake and Elton Pope discovered his true intentions. He absorbed Ursula and tried to absorb Elton. The absorbed victims fought back. The Doctor and Rose Tyler came to find Elton when he was about to absorb Elton. The Abzorbaloff died when Elton destroyed his limitation field. (DW: Love & Monsters)

Technology
