Dr. Who (sometimes Dr Who) may refer to:
- A truncation of Doctor Who, not officially used by the BBC and technically incorrect as it suggests it is a character name. However, "Dr Who" was used in the ending credits to refer to the main character, the Doctor in episodes produced between 1963 and 1969, and the Radio Times listings magazine regularly listed the series as Dr. Who. The 1965 Armada Books edition of the novelisation Doctor Who in an Exciting Adventure with the Daleks also used this form.
- Dr. Who, a duplicate of the Doctor from the Land of Fiction who tried to assassinate Queen Elizabeth II in 2001.
- The human scientist Dr. Who, a character portrayed by Peter Cushing in the movies Dr. Who and the Daleks and Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150 A.D..
- The in-narrative name usually given for the first two incarnations of the Doctor in Polystyle comics.
- Doctor Who in an Exciting Adventure with the Daleks, the first novelisation, usually published in early editions with the Doctor Who or Dr. Who portion of the title dominating the subtitle.
