Christopher Ryan (born 25 January 1950) played Lord Kiv in DW: Mindwarp, General Staal in DW: The Sontaran Stratagem and DW: The Poison Sky and Commander Stark in DW: The Pandorica Opens. A promotional image of him as General Staal was used to portray Commander Halke in DW: The God Complex. Outside of Doctor Who, he is best known as Mike Thecoolperson in The Young Ones.
