The Sonic modulator was a strange sonic device that could emitt extreme loud sound and be used as a weapon.
UNIT had the blueprints for a sonic modulator, but were incomplete. Toshiko Sato stole these plans and fixed the modulator on the way. She used the modulator to trade for her mother's life. (TW: Fragments)
