Lucius Petrus Dextrus

Lucius Petrus Dextrus was an auger that lived in Pompeii in 79 CE. He visited Caeciliuses family on the day before the eruption of mount Vosuvios. He had plans to build a transmitter that would turn every one on the planet Earth into pyrovilian's. He was discoverd by Doctor what hios plans were doing. The Doctor and Caeciliuses son Quintus found out that his arm was made out of rock. The doctor broke half of his arm of and him and Quintus escaped.
