Yvonne (Everything Changes)

Yvonne was a colleague of Gwen Cooper's at the Cardiff police department. Gwen asked her to search for a Captain Jack Harkness on the police database, but the only person with that name and title was an American who went missing in 1941. (TW: Everything Changes)
