Aladdin was a film made by Disney, based on the earlier story of the same name.
Lucy Wilson thought of the film when she learned that the The Big Bang Theatre Company would be putting on a performance of Aladdin at her school, wondering how they would be able to handle it. (PROSE: The Christmas Cracker Conundrum!)
Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]
"A Whole New World" is a song from the film. The song was mentioned by Missy in The Master Plan, where she simply associated the song with Disney films, whereas Mandy Aibiston associated the phrase "a whole new world" with Aladdin in Broken.
Connections[[edit] | [edit source]]
Frank Welker leant his voice to both the original 1992 animated film and its 2019 live-action remake, voicing the Cave of Wonders and providing the vocal effects for Abu the monkey and Rajah the tiger.
The aforementioned live-action remake had music composed by Steve Wright, and also featured Nina Wadia in a cameo appearance.
