"Big" Bill Brewster was the commander of the Davy Crockett Base on Davy Crockett. He served in the colonies for thirty years. He asked for a casualty report from Doc, and when two of the planets in the New Earth System appeared in the skies, the wavelength of light from them turned the colonists in the Alamo meteor dome infected by Werelok scratches into Werelox. The Werelox attacked Brewster, and all the human colonists were subsequently wiped out. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Dogs of Doom)
